Dermaesthetic sets new foundations for skin care, including by introducing medical methods.
Dermaesthetic confidently solve problems and complex skin conditions. They know the structure of the skin, the mechanisms of action (of the skin) and its synergistic (dependent) connection with the body. In their work, they use scientifically proven approaches. They make their professional decisions on medical grounds, objective knowledge and independently of current trends or brand guidelines.

After passing the final exam, you will receive the title DERMAESTETIK – Advanced Cosmetic Therapy Specialist (Level I).
The Dermaesthetic program is intended for anyone who wants to upgrade their existing knowledge of skin care and introduce advanced cosmetic therapy into their work. The majority of Dermaesthetics are among beauticians and employees of aesthetic clinics and beauty salons. The program is suitable for dermatologists, hotel staff, cosmetic stores and pharmacies. Graduates of higher and college cosmetology schools also choose to study.

The Dermaesthetic program is divided into seven content modules and includes 50 hours of lectures. After completing the education, participants can take the final exam and thereby obtain the title of Dermaesthetic – specialist in advanced skin therapy (1st degree).
Lectures are held over four weekends, on Saturdays and Sundays, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

In this module, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of the skin as a complex and dynamic organ. You will explore the structures, cells, and functional mechanisms across all skin layers in depth. The module provides an advanced foundation essential for later understanding of the action of ingredients, device-based techniques, and therapeutic approaches. This knowledge enables realistic goal setting, more accurate diagnostics, and improved treatment outcomes with clients. It forms the core of advanced cosmetic therapy.
The INCI module offers a deeper understanding of the components used in modern cosmetic products, their classification, labeling, and especially their mechanisms of action on the skin. You will learn to read INCI declarations, differentiate between base and active ingredients, and understand how substances penetrate the skin layers. Special attention is given to cosmetically effective ingredients such as humectants, emollients, antioxidants, and keratolytics. This knowledge is essential for selecting products that match the skin’s condition and the objectives of cosmetic therapy.
This module provides a comprehensive understanding of chemical peels and the skin’s healing process. You will learn the differences between various acids and their applications based on skin type and indication (acne, pigmentation, aging). With in-depth knowledge of pH, concentration, and mechanism of action, you will be able to independently perform peels – regardless of manufacturer protocols – and determine the need for neutralization, duration, and depth of action. You will also learn proper client preparation, aftercare, and the impact of peeling on skin regeneration.
In this module, you will develop a complete understanding of the connection between nutrition, micronutrients, and skin condition. You will learn the role of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and bioactive compounds in skin regeneration, oxidative stress regulation, and immune system support. You will learn how to strategically combine supplements based on specific skin concerns and use them as support for cosmetic therapy. The module lays the foundation for a cosmetic-therapeutic approach that goes beyond topical skincare.
This module focuses on the analysis and understanding of selected dermocosmetic concerns. It emphasizes etiology, biological mechanisms, and therapeutic principles essential for professional management of persistent skin issues. The emphasis is on developing a holistic therapeutic approach that integrates functional skincare, dietary supplements, nutritional strategies, and device-based treatments. The knowledge gained will support clinical prioritization and tailored intervention strategies for long-term skin improvement. The module forms a foundation for building personalized treatment plans, tailored to the individual’s skin condition and needs.
This module is designed to upgrade your existing sales skills, focusing on the most critical and valuable part of the sales process – successful closing. You will learn how to confidently and ethically guide your client from first contact to a clear and intentional purchasing decision. Sales closing is not a coincidence – it is a strategic process in which active listening, objection handling, and the creation of urgency help you recognize the right moment for decision-making. The module includes advanced communication and negotiation techniques to help you close even those conversations that would otherwise remain open – without pressure and with high professionalism.
A successful sale is not persuasion or manipulation – it’s proof of your expertise. With this module, you will let go of the feeling that you’re “selling something” and gain confidence based on understanding, not pressure.

The lectures gave me in-depth knowledge about skin issues and, combined with nutritional supplements, made a really big shift in my mind. A person learns their whole life and it is right that other colleagues should be aware of this, because school only gives you theory that has been written in textbooks for years, but there is no connection to a practical example.
